Privacy Policy

Last updated June 22, 2026.

This policy explains what we collect when you request a demo or browse our site, how we use it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have — including how to withdraw consent and request deletion.

What we collect

When you request a demo, we collect only what you submit:

  • Your name and email address
  • Your business type (vertical) and chair count
  • Your primary goal for the demo
  • Whether you opted in to marketing communications

We also process limited technical signals (such as IP address) for security and anti-spam purposes when you submit the form.

Data retention

We keep your information only as long as we have a reason to:

  • Demo & inquiry records: up to 24 months after our last interaction, then deleted or anonymized.
  • Marketing contacts: until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent, after which we remove you from marketing lists promptly.
  • Security & anti-spam logs: retained for a short period (typically up to 90 days) and used only to prevent abuse.

We may keep limited records longer where required to meet legal, tax, or accounting obligations.

How we protect your data

We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse, and we limit access to those who need it to help you.

Your choices & rights

Subject to applicable law, you can ask us to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete details
  • Withdraw marketing consent or unsubscribe at any time
  • Delete your personal information (see below)

How to request deletion

To withdraw consent or have your personal information deleted, email us at privacy@gild.com with the subject line “Data deletion request” from the email address you used. To unsubscribe from marketing, you can also use the unsubscribe link in any of our emails.

We’ll confirm your identity, action valid requests within 30 days, and let you know once it’s done. Some records may be retained where the law requires it, as described in Data retention above.
